Suddenly Summer

The first taste of summer hit Vancouver the other day. I immediately wore these cute shorts I received from Chicnova. I already know I'll get a lot of wear out of these since I have a similar pair in black. I hope the nice weather is here to stay so I can wear these shorts more.

Sammydress Outfit
Wilfred Free "Orage" quilted jacket in Cabernet; Sammydress leopard head print shirt; American Eagle jeggings (similar); Sammydress headband worn as bracelet; Sammydress cat flats in Black; Marc Jacobs silver purse (similar in Pale Pink)
I kindly received these three items from Sammydress.com. Their site has so many great inexpensive items that it was hard for me to choose these three. These cat flats are a great alternative if you can't afford the Charlotte Olympia kitty ones. Just to let everyone know I sized up in both the shirt and the shoes. I would definitely head over to Sammydress again if I need more trendy accessories.
PS. After these pics I cut my hair.

Vancouver Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2013
I had the pleasure of attending Vancouver Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2013. Unfortunately I could only attend part of day one but the event was from March 19 - 24. Throughout the week they featured emerging designers, established designers, and international designers. I had an amazing front row seat to the shows. I attended with fellow Vancouver fashion blogger Britta of Vancouver Vogue. I had a great time at the event and it was fun to see a fashion show here in Vancouver.
